Registration: Conference tickets will be required to attend. You may purchase tickets early and they will be emailed to you prior to the conference. You may also place tickets on hold and pay for them at the door where you will receive the tickets. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for payment for ALL tickets placed on hold. There are no refunds. 

EARLY REGISTRATION INCENTIVES:

  • Preferred Seating – The first five (5) churches to register and purchase tickets will receive preferred seating for the Friday night portion of the conference.
  • One (1) Free Student – Receive one (1) free student ticket for purchasing at least 10 student tickets at the early registration rate.
  • One (1) Free Student Plus a Re-Defined Bible Study – Receive one (1) free student ticket plus a Re-Defined Bible Study for purchasing 20 or more student tickets at the early registration rate.
  • Note: All incentives require payment to be made prior to the event.

CONFERENCE COST:
$40.00 Early Registration (ends March 6, 2009)
$45.00 Regular Registration (March 7 - April 10, 2009)
$50.00 Late Registration (April 11-17, 2009)
$25.00 One Day Registration

  • Free sponsor registrations available: 1-19 students = 1 free sponsor; 20-29 students = 2 free sponsors; 30-39 students = 3 free sponsors; continuing as one free sponsor for every 10 students.
  • Tickets are required to attend. Please fill out information on ticket before arriving. The information collected allows the SAGE team to remain connected with attendees and gives the opportunity to invest further in their lives.
  • REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. You will be held financially responsible for the number of tickets you purchase or place on hold. If you have someone drop out at the last minute, you are welcome to replace her with another student but we cannot refund her ticket.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • The conference is open to 7th-12 grade girls plus sponsors/moms. We ask that you send one sponsor for every ten girls attending. Special exceptions can be made for 6th graders if they are included within your student ministry.
  • SAGE Girls Weekend does NOT include lunch. Churches will be going off campus for lunch. A list of local restaurants is provided below.
  • All churches must complete registration by purchasing tickets or placing tickets on hold to guarantee attendance. You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed your registration.
  • A sponsor will check-in at the door for all attendees and receive their conference materials and instructions for the weekend.
