Please know that it is our desire and goal to respond to all requests as promptly as possible. However, due to the volume of requests (which is exciting because that means you like chatting with us), we do ask for your patience. We have a target response time of 48 hours, but sometimes our kids get fever, the dishwasher overflows, or we're on the road ministering and out of the office.
